Our client, is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Administer a complex portfolio, including Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the team,intermediaries, client and client advisors.
Provide training to Assistant Administrators.
Undertake the billing and debt collection for the client portfolios.
Acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within your client portfolio.
Prepare written correspondence and assist with Board and Trustee minutes and checklists.
Undertake the initial review of working paper files for the annual accounts and financial statements.

Skills / Qualifications

The candidate will have experience in a similar role and will preferably hold a professional qualification such as ICSA, or STEP or be working towards their qualification. The candidate will have a sound knowledge of Guernsey Company and Trust Laws and basic awareness of UK taxation for individuals and offshore structures, as well as experience of compliance, risk and mitigation. The successful candidate will have an awareness of current Anti-Money Laundering legislation and related codes of practice, an understanding of CRS/FATCA and transactional and restructuring experience. The role will suit a client-focused individual who demonstrates drive, sets standards and has an innovative approach to work.
