Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Carrying out the day to day administration of real estate and private equity funds which are typically limited partnerships, fund company’s and SPVs.
Maintaining investor details and investor related documentation.
Assisting with calls and distributions.
Creating and maintaining the company's records of a portfolio of clients.
Undertaking billing and cash collection.
Participating in the creation and maintenance of fund company investor registers or limited partner registers.
Understanding the limited partnership agreement and other material agreements or legal documents relating to the management, control and administration of the fund vehicles for which they have primary responsibility.
Undertaking daily cash management tasks across a number of bank accounts.
Reviewing and submitting recommendations for improving the organisation's operation including review of profitability and identification of new products or billing opportunities on existing clients.
Assisting with the take-on and set-up of new clients.
Understanding banking and payment processes, formatting and to some degree, systems.
Coordinating the initial secretarial and regulatory needs of clients.
Creating new SPVs, limited partnerships and trusts, and play a pivotal role in the completion and satisfaction of the company KYC / AML policy for all new entities or investors.
Assisting with ad hoc projects and duties as requested by management.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A level standard, but ideally graduate with a 2:1, at least 3 years’ experience, with experience in company secretarial matters and completed or begun the ICSA Certificate/Diploma. The successful applicant will be familiar with statutory requirements, corporate governance matters and will be proficient in organising board meetings. The role will suit a candidate with previous signatory status, excellent computer literacy skills, who is accurate with high attention to detail. They will be able to write business correspondence, deal with routine emails, inquiries and telephone calls and effectively present information and respond to questions from team members and clients. The candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills.
