Our client, an international communications company, is seeking to recruit a customer advisor.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Consistently meeting sales targets.
Providing a high quality of customer service.
Selling special promotions in the shop as and when local events make a special promotion appropriate.
Maintaining a high standard of display, both in window and inside the shop.
Maintaining records of inventory management and flow at distributor premises.
Keeping merchandise clearly ticketed and priced.
Being fully up to date with Customer Interface Processes such as Billing, Complaint Management, Customer Relationship Management and documentation compliance and completion.
Achieving agreed sales targets and customer satisfaction measurements.
Maximising showroom sales.
Ensuring all dealership personnel are well trained and fully understand the products & services on offer.
Maintaining distribution centre activity and performance.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales and customer service. They should have an understanding of telecommunications voice and data products and their relevance to the consumer market. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills, be highly motivated and a natural sales person, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
