Do you have 2 years' experience within the financial sector, specialising in group risk? If so, this role where you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive a positive experience during the onboarding process could be ideal for you.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Building and maintaining close working relationships with Sales Support, Operations and Client Services.
Following up with brokers on all information that is required for scheme onboarding.
Setting up and issuing initial accounts and policy schedules.
Liaising with sales support, operations and client services to ensure all new business cases are on the system and accounts issues with agreed timeframes.
Attending and participating in the monthly Sales Support and Operation service meeting.
Working with Operations and Sales Support onboarding function following up with brokers on anything that is preventing completion of onboarding.
Providing appropriate MI on the status of new business cases.
Responding and dealing with brokers queries that impact the onboarding process.
Assisting the sales support team on quotation follow up, as required.

Skills / Qualifications

CII or QFA qualified, or willing to work towards obtaining these qualifications, with excellent communication skills, and high accuracy and attention to detail, along with solid problem solving capabilities, a well organised approach, and the ability to plan workloads and monitor the work of others if required is essential to the role.
