Our client, a large commercial organisation, is seeking to recruit a Retail Support Administrator.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Undertake invoice reconciliation.
Assist with raising allocations.
Upload product data to the in-house system.
Maintain retail price files.
Offer support with query resolution.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in an office environment with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly, an intermediate level of Excel and Google sheets. Experience of data inputting and databases would be advantageous to this role.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, as well as delivering high standard of customer service. Applicants will have strong attention to detail, excellent accuracy and numeracy skills, along with being a strong team member who is able to multitask various projects in a deadline driven environment.
