Do you have 2– 5 years’ experience in an administration role ideally within the Finance sector, with good IT skills, Excel, Outlook, Word, and excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Processing and tracking of IT and Change purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Owning and managing the IT and Change asset data base.
Understanding and supporting Change and IT Team in the manipulation of metrics and how to present data in a meaningful way to management and stakeholders.
Providing support to the Heads of Change and IT with the collation of monthly management reporting.
Completing monthly reviews and audits with the project managers to ensure that all project management documentation is updated and accessible in preparation for audits.
Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and minute taking.
Supporting facilities with the management of the internal postal and courier services.
Implementing policies and procedures.
Working closely with the project coordinator to assist in the smooth preparation, and running of projects and tracking expenses and progress as required.
Preparing and distributing project materials.
Acting as a point of contact for the business for the Change team in relation to basic project queries, escalating as required and facilitate communications.
Administering, managing and coordinating the IT & Change section of the Intranet, ensuring data is up to date, relevant and available to employees.
Assisting the wider IT & Change department with employee communications in relation to department activity, updates, training and projects.

Skills / Qualifications

Educated to to A Level standard or equivalent, with proven general office administration experience and effective written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong aptitude of main Microsoft applications, accurate and efficient numeracy skills, the confidence to learn new policies and procedures and the ability to establish good relationships at all levels and across jurisdictions are essential to the role.
