Our client, a large health supplements group, is seeking to recruit a Procurement Coordinator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Evaluating order requirements, raising and managing stock orders and all associated requirements.
Maintaining professional and diplomatic relations with suppliers on all open orders and changes in priorities, dealing with problems and delays to ensure the best resolution possible.
Communicating with internal departments on all brands on stock related situations and new developments.
Ongoing checking and reconciling of internal stock reports and supplier documents.
Working with the in-house ERP system to ensure accurate input of stock values, locations and records.
Undertaking general administrative office duties.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A level standard with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Applicants will be technically minded with proven computer skills and an understanding of and interest in computer systems and set up. The successful individual will be a proven communicator with excellent accuracy skills and will be keen to learn and develop. The role will suit a proactive team player with high attention to detail, who has solid problem solving, organisation and numeracy skills an adaptable attitude and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
