Our client, a leading specialist provider of private equity fund administrative services, is seeking to recruit a Private Equity Fund Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Liaise confidently and knowledgeably with clients.
Administer investment / divestment processes in line with standard Company procedures.
Administer the drawdown and distribution processes.
Undertake company secretarial tasks.
Respond to investor and client queries.
Undertake basic bookkeeping transactions.
Prepare basic financial statements.
Undertake general administration tasks for the team’s client base.
Maintain the various registers for the teams clients.
Help on matters relating to customer due diligence.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification such as IDFA, ICSA, CAT, AAT, or ACCA and will have a basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting, or be willing to acquire the necessary skills. The successful applicant will ensure correct recording of revenue and have good numeracy and IT skills. The role will suit a proactive team player, who is accurate, with good communication and time management skills.
