Our client, one of the leading trust and pension providers in Guernsey, is seeking to recruit a Pensions Administrator.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Administer established pensions.
Respond to queries from clients, intermediaries and relationship managers in a timely manner.
Complete income calculations.
Obtain dealing instructions and executing in accordance with mandates.
Complete UK Source Income forms for any new UK source income.
Send all scheduled investment reviews for scanning and filing.
Print correspondence for filing.
Ensure all transactional information is sent to the bookkeepers.
Ensure all internal procedures have been followed.
Maintain accurate data on all client files together with full documentation.
Adhere to internal processes and procedures ensuring all legal, ethical and regulatory requirements are understood and maintained.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Math. Candidates will demonstrate solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
