Our client, a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial services sector worldwide, is seeking to recruit an Administrator for their Payroll Services Department.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Manage daily payroll administration for a portfolio of clients.
Liaise with clients, employees and external bodies, such as international authorities, banks and pension providers.
Manage payroll data, production of payroll reports and invoicing.
Assist the HR team with issuing contracts, addendums and letter.
Prepare written correspondence for clients, employees and external bodies.
Carry out banking transactions by completion of relevant documentation or use of online systems.
Monitor clients’ cash requirements, arrange payments, as requested and ensure that invoices are paid.
Assist the Director with the marketing of the employment and payroll services.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a good academic background, with some office experience and strong administrative skills. Applicants will be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, with strong communication, numeracy and organisational skills, complimented by a methodical, conscientious and proactive manner. The successful candidate will be a self motivated and flexible team player, who applies a high level of accuracy and common sense at all times.
