Payments Administrator

Our client, a professional and dynamic organisation with a specialist approach to fund administration within the European Private Equity market, is seeking to recruit a Payments Administrator.

Responsibilities

Prepare payments and other payment related activities driven by the administration team’s needs and to ensure that all processes undertaken are in line with the Company’s procedures.
Follow Company procedures at all times.
Liaise confidently and knowledgeable with the banks and administration teams daily.
Ensure correct recording of revenue.
Prepare payments in line with standard Company procedures.
Bookkeeping of basic transactions.
Undertake general administrative tasks.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent with good English and Maths. Applicants will possess solid IT abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organisation and time management skills. This role will suit a proactive and motivated team player with solid interpersonal skills.
