Part Time Outsourcing Operations Administrator

Our client, a global leader in wealth management solutions, is seeking to recruit a Part Time Outsourcing Operations Administrator.




Maintain and update oversight control spreadsheets for new and existing delegated business ensuring receipt of fully executed “state the case” memos
Maintain control matrix and liaise with delegates to ensure prompt receipt.
Update SharePoint site and Bangalore Daily Scorecard.
Assist with preparing reports for CIRC, Management and or Client Briefing on Oversight functions.
Maintain oversight fund list.
Assist with Transfer Agency monitoring and record keeping.
Maintain issues log and provide monthly reporting.
Collect KPI data and maintain spreadsheets.
Monitor client account reconciliations.
Review QIF and Q data and escalate any issues.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a good academic background, with sound experience in a similar role. It is essential to have effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills, as well as a strong client focus gained in a financial services company. To also have strong process control focus, would be highly advantageous. Applicants will demonstrate good keyboard and IT skills, to include MS Excel and the ability to learn new systems. The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisation skills, with the added ability to review and resolve complex issues. This role will suit a flexible and self-motivated individual, who can work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
