Our client, a full service community bank and a provider of specialised international financial services, is seeking to recruit a talented individual to join their Banking Control Department.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Our client is willing to meet applicants from Senior Administrator to Officer Level, duties would include;

Monitor, review and analyse the banks automated monitoring tools on daily basis.
Review front office periodic and trigger event reviews.
Review front office client on boarding and subsequent updates.
Maintain CDD including control of amendments and updates to client accounts.
Support he front office with client Onboarding requirements.
Escalate identified problems to line management and MLRO.
Undertake other specific duties or projects as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess prior experience within a Banking environment and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification in Compliance. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in BGFSC, AML, T24, Imanage, CMP, Actimize and Group Financial Crime Minimum Standards, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
