Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Managing Quickbooks and matching banking transactions and resolving any reconciling items with the relevant team members.
Collating monthly supplier invoices and reviewing against cash received from clients and send to relevant department heads for review and payment.
Monitoring debtors and chasing for payments in liaison with the relevant teams.
Reconciling supplier statements to payments made.
Managing intercompany recharges and management fees and raising invoices and sending for payment.
Providing HR support for staff, managing holidays and assisting with staff queries and requests.
Monitoring cash balances and cash flow with support from Accountants.
Processing payroll each month in liaison with Accountants.
Reconciling bank accounts.
Managing the internal asset register and intercompany recharges on purchase and disposal.
Processing staff expenses and reconciling the credit card.
Providing HR recruitment support and assisting with the joiner and leaver process.
Organising Insurances for the group companies as required.
Managing the pension scheme.
Undertaking statutory company filings.
Managing the company vehicles and arranging repairs and servicing.
Renewing subscriptions and booking training courses.
Managing office requirements and organising all stationary and promotional material.
Collecting post.
Assisting with scanning and digital filing.
