Operations Manager

Our client, who carries a strong reputation as a group of financial services boutiques, dedicated to providing excellent quality and service to institutional and private clients, is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager.




Creating, updating, embedding and managing operational policies and procedures.
Providing accurate and timely management information and statistics, including the distribution and completion of NAVOne reviews, action points, time recording and new business pipeline.
Ensuring the completion of accurate and timely annual fiduciary returns.
Managing the provision of premises management and facilities services, including filing and archiving services to the group and its subsidiaries, managing sub tenants and car parking.
Supporting the Operations Director with the developing use of NAVOne, as well as with the implementation of the BCP and associated activities.
Overseeing the provision and delivery of administrative services to the Trust, Fund and Corporate Teams.
Assisting with the preparation agendas, Board packs, possibly attend meetings in order to produce accurate minutes and action points and distribute these in a timely manner.
Ensuring that all necessary filings are made to the Guernsey Registry and that all company secretarial requirements surrounding dividends and AGMS are performed.
Assisting with staff selection, performance management, development, work assignment and prioritisation.
Ensuring adequacy of qualified and diverse staff, who are able to meet established company objectives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be ICSA qualified, with strong experience in systems operations and business process management, ideally complimented by a PRINCE2 qualification, or equivalent. It is essential to display good numerical abilities and strong customer service skills. Applicants will demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with highly developed negotiation, interpersonal and relationship management skills. The successful candidate be an organised individual, who can manage priorities and multiple deadlines in a dynamic and proactive manner.
