New Business Administrator

Our client a provider of traditional execution and advisory stockbroking, segregated and pooled investment management, market making and corporate finance services, is seeking to recruit a New Business Administrator.




Review and process CDD documentation.
Administer the new clients' on-boarding process.
Conduct performing system data amendments.
Monitor the quality assurance of system data.
Assist with various system and static data projects.
Ensure effective communication with all areas of the business.
Complete new account openings and all tasks relating to this function.
Monitor, action and respond to requests and queries.
Develop a more in-depth understanding of the CDD and
regulatory environment.
Interact with clients with minimal supervision.
Undergo training courses, to ensure that knowledge is up to date at all times.
Carry out additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' CDD, Compliance experience, complimented by excellent communication and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. Applicants will be self-motivated, detail orientated and proactive, demonstrating strong multi-tasking abilities. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, who displays a responsible attitude and willingness to learn. This role will suit a confident, dynamic and organised team player, who applies accuracy to all duties and performs efficiently under pressure.
