Marketing Administrator

Our client, one of the largest independent providers of fiduciary services on the island, including estate planning, wealth protection, investment structuring and corporate services, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Administrator.




Maintain new and pipeline business data.
Prepare Excel data for the Manager to use in the Quarterly Marketing Board Report.
Liaise with teams to ensure they keep the contacts management and pipeline system up to date.
Arrange authorisation of invoices.
Coordinate invites and RSVPs to corporate events.
Book venues and coordinate internal diaries.
Research and arrange corporate gifts.
Arrange any branding required at events, such as menu cards, name place cards, banners.
Assist in the production process in terms of collation of information, amends to material and obtaining sign off.
Internal circulation of media coverage generated by the firm.
Coordinate and set up regular PR status meetings with the firm’s PR agency.
Set up photo shoots.
Flag initiatives that are suitable for social media channels.
Deal with enquiries about CSR activity.
Coordinate requests for sponsorship and donations, both internal and external.
Assist with the firm’s involvement with the Rotary Walk.
Assist the team in making sure that information on the website is kept up to date – the actual development and (technical) maintenance of the website will be done by external parties.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard, ideally suiting a bright school leaver with an interest in the Marketing sector. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in marketing but this is not essential as the role is administration focused. Applicants will possess a high level of IT literacy, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, whilst training will be provided for in house systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent administrative skills, proactivity, high organisation skills, and attention to detail with good communication skills and the ability to be able to work autonomously.
