Junior/ Trainee Fund Administrator

Our client an organisation of highly qualified and multilingual workforce, based in the key international financial centres, providing private client, corporate and fund services is seeking to recruit a Junior Trust Administrator.

Responsibilities

Process and manage new businesses.
Assist in the mitigation of risk factors by reviewing the management of entity administration and compliance work.
Provide administration of family PTC structures holding a variety of assets.
Provide financial information and oversight to accountants for the drafting of financial statements whilst ensuring the good governance of entity assets.
Develop the teams’ reputation in the region by evolving innovative structuring solutions, client specific procedures and bespoke administration methods to meet individual family needs.
Open client bank accounts and related tasks (preparation of minutes, “certified copy” documents, KYC/CDD information, signatory lists).
Provide administration of investment holding companies and liaise with the investment managers situated in the Gulf.
Assist intermediaries in meeting their client’s expectations within legal and regulatory frameworks.
Prepare payments.
Update contacts and maintain the database.
Research client records.
Provide support to team members.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and/or studying to attain or have attained ICSA/ STEP or similar relevant qualifications. Applicants will have strong literacy and numeracy skills with solid IT knowledge, preference will be given to candidates who have foreign language skills but this is not essential. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills whilst managing client expectations and providing efficient, timely and high quality administration services. The role will suit a proactive team player with solid interpersonal skills who is capable of maintaining a strong level of professional courtesy and confidentiality.
