Our client, an international leader in the financial services sector, with a legacy of outstanding service for over a century, is seeking to recruit a Junior Private Equity Administrator.

Applicants with experience in Funds or Private Equity, as well as a working knowledge of Guernsey Company & Regulatory Issues will be preferred but this is not essential, however, if you are a recent school leaver with a good work ethic and a willingness to learn, get in touch to find out more about this role.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Dealing with investor queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Assisting with client reporting.
Reviewing documentation and recording maintenance.
Implementing payment and receipt of funds procedure.
Correctly recording receipt of documents of title and reconciling on a timely basis.
Preparing asset reconciliations
Liaising with senior staff on complex transactions.
Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis.
Preparing cash reports on a monthly basis.
Calculating the call and distribution amounts for recommendation by client.
Liaising with client and investors regarding receipt and payment of monies.
Reviewing and maintaining records.
Liaising with financial institutions receiving or making payment of funds.

Skills / Qualifications

Applicants will possess solid IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with exceptional time management and organisation. This role will suit a proactive and detailed team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
