Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Assisting with inputting new Client Onboardings.
Checking and preparing Account Closures.
Setting up Online Users.
Providing support with inputting Static Data amendments.
Preparing Interest Certificates and Audit Requests.
Fully supporting the Relationship and Account Manager functions so as to provide an excellent and first-class service.

Skills / Qualifications

Proven IT user skills and knowledge of network applications including Microsoft Office, with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain high standards of customer service, along with solid problem solving requirements, high attention to detail and the ability to produce quick and accurate work are essential to the role.
