Our client, a company based in Guernsey, is seeking to recruit an Administrator for their Insurance Management team.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Preparing and assisting with the submission of annual regulatory returns.
Ensuring papers are ready for board meetings.
Processing matters arising from board meetings.
Liaising with service providers, such as banks.
Processing and authorising surrenders and claims payments.
Undertaking bank reconciliations and payment authorisations.
Performing retrospective review process for applications and claims.
Assisting with the processing of refunds.
Approving a change of amount or bank details.
Authorising new business.
Supporting with the maintenance of AML and prudential manuals.
Assisting with compliance monitoring programmes and reporting.
Collaborating on reviewing and updating Business Risk Assessments.
Managing spreadsheets.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum grade B in Mathematics and English GCSE with previous administration experience, and those with CDD/AML experience will be preferred. The opportunity to study for professional qualifications will be offered. Candidates will be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Applicants will demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This role will suit a confident individual who is willing to progress and develop, whilst working under minimum supervision.
