Our client, a provider of outsourced financial administration and depositary asset oversight is seeking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst.

Work effectively and accurately within defined processes.
Actively support a culture of continuous improvement through new ideas.
Manage the client care service-desk within agreed processes and performance metrics while providing call trend analysis, weekly performance report and pro-active suggestions for improvement.
Undertake all activity within the defined process.
Perform initial review of KYC Profiles and collaborate with the Senior Analyst to review and approve profiles and screening matches.
Develop knowledge and confidence to perform the above-mentioned reviews without supervision.
Completing due diligence profiles, evidence and sanctions reports.
Maximize the use of technology in all processes in order to control risk and improve efficiency.
Understand the system design and how it is applied.
Suggest technology improvements in pursuit of efficiency.
Work with the Senior Analyst to maximize your productivity and identify your training needs.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Math. Candidates will possess prior experience in a similar or relevant role in Customer Service. Candidates will demonstrate solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
