Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to assist with the recovery of overdue debts and the day to day running of the Group Credit Control Department; this will involve liaising and working with Trust Teams in several jurisdictions.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Running the weekly Debtor Reports.
Review of the Credit Control Notes.
Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts.
Following up, checking, and passing Credit Notes on to be processed.
Following up on payment plans as needed.
Review and follow up on ‘Cash under our control’ payments.
Liaising with Trust Teams/RPs when debt reaches 60 days aged.
Ensuring any issues/risks/complaints are reported and dealt with quickly.
Liaising with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing.
Reporting to management on outstanding issues, whilst highlighting potential debtor problems.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant trust experience within a trust or internal accounts environment and a relevant professional qualification, with demonstrated problem solving, strong Excel and analytical skills. They will also have a proven ability to work accurately and with confidence.
