Our client, a provider of fund and corporate services, is seeking to recruit a Fund Operations Support Officer.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Collate supporting documentation evidencing fund ownership and valuation of investments.
Maintain accurate records in relation to both the financial and company secretarial requirements of the clients on eFront, Blueprint and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules.
Assist with document sharing and documenting monitoring process with the underlying investments clients.
Assist with organisation of the team’s workflows including monitoring of client mailboxes and allocation of tasks on in-house task management system.
Follow up on documentation related to new investments, change in portfolio, investor transfers and CDD.
Input payments on various online banking platforms.
Scan and archive.
Organise meetings and liaising with office support staff with regards travel and hospitality arrangements.
Undertake routine office and clerical tasks.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will demonstrate solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Training will be provided.
