Our client a financial services provider, across all types of funds, offering a bespoke client focused approach, is seeking to recruit a Fund Administrator for the Administration and Valuations Team.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Day to day administration duties in the Valuations Team.
Record keeping, double entry bookkeeping and periodic management accounting.
Reconcile fund valuations.
Manage a group of clients.
Originate and check transactions via on-line banking applications.
Regulatory reporting to the GFSC.
Liaise with clients and other connected parties.
General correspondence with clients and connected parties.
Liaise with clients and business partners.
Scan and file.
Assist team members to ensure business deadlines are met.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree, with good English and Math. Candidates will possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience and hold or be willing to study a relevant professional qualification. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Bookkeeping and Accounting, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
