A company who provides a full range of fund, corporate and fiduciary services in Guernsey is seeking to recruit an Administrator for their Funds, Corporate and Listing Services.

Maintain secretarial and governance oversight and control of a cross section of client entities.
Undertake company incorporations and setting up on in house systems.
Assist in onboarding new investors and client entities including collection of correct due diligence.
Maintain a high level of communication and interaction with clients, investors and intermediaries as required.
Complete bank account opening forms.
Assist with transactions undertaken by client entities whilst involving the Manager and/or Director where necessary.
Prepare and disseminate investor call and distribution notices.
Process investor transfers to include collection of due diligence and FATCA/CRS documentation.
Prepare and distribute board packs for client entity board meetings where required.
Attend client entity board meetings and draft accurate minutes.
Ensure client requests and ad hoc queries are dealt with efficiently and timeously.
Take responsibility for ad-hoc projects as requested.
Assist with audit liaison.
Maintain statutory and systems records.
Assist managers and directors with IPOs, listings and the ongoing obligations of listed entities.
Offer support with billing client entities.
Contribute where appropriate to the oversight, control and development of policies, procedures and checklists relevant to the administration of client entities.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a fund administrator, with basic knowledge of the Guernsey legal and regulatory environment and in particular the Codes of Practice and AML/CFT Handbooks. Applicants will have experience with internet banking systems and a familiarity of FATCA and CRS as they relate to client entities and reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the Group, as well as clients and third party service providers, and will deliver work of a high standard with attention to detail. The role will suit a proactive, solution focused and self-sufficient individual who prioritises workloads, has a familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to use of different Data Management Systems, as well as achieve goals and deadlines where operational considerations may compete.
