Our client is seeking to recruit a Fund Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Liaise confidently and knowledgably with the clients daily.
Administer investment/divestment processes in line with standard Company procedures.
Undertake company secretarial tasks.
Respond to investor and client queries.
Offer support with basic bookkeeping transactions.
Prepare basic financial statements.
Administer the drawdown and distribution processes.
Undertake general administration tasks for the team’s client base.
Maintain the various registers for the teams clients.
Help on matters relating to customer due diligence.
Follow Company procedures at all times.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting with proven numeracy skills and will be studying towards or willing to study towards a relevant qualification. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive approach to problem solving and excellent time management skills. The role will suit an accurate individual with high attention to detail who is a proven communicator and has good IT skills and is committed to delivering outstanding client service.
