Our client, an international financial services provider, is seeking to recruit a Fund Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Liaising with clients.
Authorising the Payment of Expenses.
Paying ongoing expenses of the funds and management companies.
Assisting with fund transactions.
Convening of Board and General Meetings.
Taking minutes.
Assisting with compliance checking
Confirming that funds are investing within the restrictions placed upon them by law or by their principal documents.
Reconciling client monies accounts.
Undertaking CDD reviewing.
Share Registration Checking.
Preparing investor dealing by checking application and subscription documents.
Reviewing investor due diligence documents.
Processing investor dealing and distributing contract notes.
Assisting with other duties as and when requested.

Skills / Qualifications

The candidate will ideally be educated to A Level standard or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience and will be willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification. The applicant will have an awareness of valuation, accounting, trading, and regulations that are applicable to funds and licenses entities and stock exchange requirements in Guernsey, London and other recognised exchanges. The role will suit an enthusiastic team player with an understanding of Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial aspects relating to the administration of funds and related entities.
