Our client is searching for a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their purchase journey, managing enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your welcoming presence will create a positive first impression, setting the tone for a professional, customer-focused experience. This post is to start immediately until 28th February 2025.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Delivering efficient, professional sales support to all customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Greeting customers warmly and providing clear, honest information to help them make informed decisions.
Ensuring every customer’s needs are met, either at the point of contact or through a satisfactory follow-up process.
Maintaining proficiency in all systems and applications essential to the sales process.
Attending required training and staying updated on company and industry standards.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a clear proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid keyboard skills, familiarity with modern retail and mobile technology, with a keen interest in tech developments and a strong customer-first mindset with proven sales experience.
