Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Temporary Client Accounting Assistant Manager to join their accounts team on a fixed-term basis of up to nine months. Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Reviewing junior team members’ work for accuracy and compliance.
Preparing trust and company accounts with supporting documentation.
Analysing, correcting, and finalising accounts post-review.
Resolving queries and managing related administrative tasks.
Scheduling and optimising team resources for efficient workflow.
Managing staff performance, setting objectives, and providing coaching.
Offering training and guidance on accounts preparation techniques.
Supporting procedural automation and improvements with the Transformation team.
Delegating tasks and maintaining an updated client accounting list.
Handling additional duties as required.
