Our client is seeking to recruit a Facilities Management Assistant and Office Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Undertake the organisation of occupier meetings.
Advise occupiers of inspections and/or visits (Assurity)
Work with in-house systems to assign and chase actions and ensure compliance with contractors, as well as close action, upload documents and request quotes against actions.
Offer support with transferring documents and saving the documents in the relevant properties.
Assist with weekly inspections and tenant’s meeting.
Liaise with contractors and organise site visits.
Offer support with producing occupier handbooks for each building.
Undertake fire alarm drills.
Amend the fire and water management (Assurity) folders so that they are building specific.
Update branding in existing fire & water folders where necessary.
Obtain meter readings when necessary.
Offer support with signing off invoices, matching with Helpdesk Jobs and invoice queries.
Assist with batches on request from Head of Accounts.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic with proven IT skills. It is essential for the applicant to be driven and direct when necessary, with the ability and confidence to chase colleagues to ensure tasks are completed and compliant. The role will suit a high oragnised individual with keen attention to detail and solid communication skills. They will be personable and outgoing, with a methodical approach to tasks and the ability to prioritise whilst under pressure.
