Our client, a global trust and corporate services provider, is seeking to recruit two Assistant Administrators for Client Services.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Assisting the Client Services teams on a day to day basis with administrative task including client and third party liaison, arranging bank payments, drafting of simple minutes, resolutions and loan agreements, opening bank and investment accounts and collecting client and bank signatory due diligence.
Supporting with the preparation of trade letters, general correspondence, compilation of meeting board packs and booking of meeting rooms.
Maintaining disbursements spreadsheet to ensure all third party expenses can be collected from clients, prepare documents for submission to the Greffe.
Ensuring due diligence is kept up to date for all in-house authorised signatories.
Providing administrative support to two directors in the preparation of some correspondence and maintenance of contact lists.
Assisting with the organisation of certain internal events and any other projects that may arise from time to time.
Responsible for timely completion of time sheets to ensure clients are billed for time expended.
Undertaking any reasonable ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time.
Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A level standard or equivalent with good English and Maths. The candidate will have ideally worked in an office environment, however, this is not essential. The candidate may hold (or be working towards) an industry relevant qualification such as ICSA or STEP, however, this isn't essential as they would look to take on a strong A level leaver or Graduate. The candidate will have the ability to develop a basic understanding of trust and company law as well as developing an understanding of the various in house systems. This role will suit someone who can effectively manage time and prioritising workloads. This role will suit a proactive, strong communicator who is able to build successful relationships with clients, apply proven analytical and problem solving skills, and supervise and develop members of staff effectively.
