An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and inquiring digital forensic professional to join this award winning firm.

If you have a degree in a relevant subject, such as computer science or digital forensics degree, with at least two years' experience in working with electronic evidence and managing electronic disclosure projects gained through working in a law firm or an e-disclosure services provider, then our client would love to hear about you.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Handling the day-to-day management of digital evidence and datasets, including the maintenance of chain-of-custody records and the coordination of collections, receipts and deliveries of devices.
Carrying out project management tasks with respect to individual investigations and electronic disclosure exercises, including, but not limited, to preparation of review batches, formulation of searches and implementation of updates to project workspaces.
Providing user support to internal and client users working with document review tools, file-sharing platforms and extranets.
Working with the relevant teams on the planning of investigations and disclosure exercises.

Skills / Qualifications

Qualifications and/or experience in using industry recognised eDiscovery platforms like Relativity or Intella Connect, with a familiarity of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), and high accuracy and attention to detail, along with effective communication and problem solving skills and the ability to understand the requirements of this role's stakeholders: lawyers, IT specialists and disclosure service providers are essential to the role.
