Duties for this placement will include, but will not be limited to:

Creating and ensuring delivery against the annual targets and longer-term business plan for the relevant target markets, products, and services.
Providing support to the Managing Director with developing the short and medium Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and specific business plan for the relevant target market as appropriate.
Contributing to the future development of product and services.
Holding responsibility for the coordination with the other Sector Specific Commercial Leads within Guernsey and Jersey as appropriate.
Serving as a primary point of contact for key client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Managing the delivery of client services to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
Ensuring all work performed is invoiced on time and in line with client contracts.
Holding joint responsibility with the finance function for any outstanding client debt.
Preparing the annual budget for the service line.
Participating in both regional and group initiatives and projects relevant to the Service.
Overseeing the provision of Director and Trustee services within the business.
Assisting with recruitment, illness management and performance appraisal.

Skills / Qualifications

Degree level or equivalent and hold relevant professional qualification, with advanced Microsoft Office skills, Strong management and leadership skills and a proven track record in growing an Commercial and Service Delivery business from relevant client sectors, along with demonstrated skills in developing and negotiating Commercial agreements, effective communication skills, with the experience of working with colleagues at all levels and the ability to build relationships with people within and outside of the organisation are essential to the role.
