Our client, a large and thriving online gaming company, providing first class entertainment across a spectrum of sports are seeking to recruit a Developing Market Country Executive for their International Markets Department.

Monitor and achieve all KPIs, and developing markets to meet and exceed the company’s business strategy and objectives for the named markets in your portfolio.
Seek out attractive partnerships and marketing opportunities that will help grow and benefit the business.
Share responsibility for performance to budget for your regions and working closely with other internal teams to influence and drive activity.
Monitor and analyse country KPIs and metrics, react quickly to under performance and optimise activity accordingly.
Assist the Country Manager in generating and presenting a monthly performance review to the Director of International Markets and other senior stakeholders for the regions.
Ensure the reporting across the business for your region is accurate and consistent.
Assist the Country Manager in agreeing and implement efficient internal reporting processes between departments to ensure good flow of necessary information and results across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Work with business stakeholders to ensure acquisition and retention initiatives appeal and perform at the local level, continually optimising to ensure maximum ROI.
Assist in the developing, managing and driving of the multichannel marketing strategy for developing markets across digital and offline, working with, and influencing business stakeholders to achieve optimum performance.
Work with the brand marketing team to develop a relevant strategy for the brand in developing markets and ensure a consistent brand marketing strategy is delivered at local market level.
Execute campaigns in the focus markets for the brand marketing team as and when required
Ensure that all digital inventory and online properties are up to date and displaying the best possible content for the local market.
Work with promotion and retention teams to ensure that each phase of the player lifecycle is optimised and covered with relevant promotional initiatives.
Optimise the various customer journeys that exist across all platforms for your region.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Math. Preference will be given to candidates with considerable experience in Online Gaming, American Sports such as NFL, NBA and NHL, whilst preference will be given to candidates with fluency in Brazilian Portuguese or Portuguese. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Marketing, Negotiation, Analysing and Presentation, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
