Our client, recently named one of the top 15 gaming companies in the world, is seeking to recruit a Customer Retention Manager.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Dealing with all customers and providing a consistent, high level of service.
Maintaining and developing a CRM strategy to retain and reactivate customers across multiple brands.
Cross-selling customers to other house brands.
Undertaking split testing on designs, messages, times and offers.
Analysing and improving online services.
Utilising data-mining and communication tools, in particular Silverpop, Text Local and Optimove.
Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve current policies and procedures.
Liaising with other offices as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate who has the desire to start a career in customer retention, operations and analysis. Applicants will be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and will have a good standard of typing, along with excellent interpersonal skills. The role will suit a driven, hardworking and customer oriented individual who is able to prioritise tasks effectively and adapt well to changing priorities.
