Responsibilities

Duties for this key placement will include, but will not be limited to:

Assisting with calling the players, to engage with them and help improve to improve their experience on the website.

Skills / Qualifications

A high proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with a good standard of typing, along with excellent interpersonal skills are essential to the role, along with experience in speaking to customers on the phone and the ability to produce a positive effect on results from their conversations.
