Our client, a large commercial company, is seeking to recruit a CRM Analyst. The CRM Analyst would be responsible for creating and articulating post campaign analysis, as well as generating data driven, deep-dive insights that support audience selections.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Define, build, modify and generate recurring reports through visualisation tools to support the CRM and wider marketing functions.
Design experiments, test hypothesis and optimise the customer experience.
Deliver high quality, data-driven, actionable business analyses.
Brief internal teams to ensure data is delivered in a timely manner.
Engage with external partners to investigate and build innovative analytical solutions for campaigns.
Perform proactive testing and measurement of the company's contact strategy.
Build a strong understanding of the company's data landscape.
Carry out workflow and data validation checks.
Undertake any other requirements and tasks that are deemed necessary.

Skills / Qualifications

The role would suit someone who is keen to understand customer needs through measurable behaviours, has experience in statistical analytics, strong communication skills and is proactive in their approach. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in problem solving, data analysis and the ability to learn and utilise analytical tools to deliver actionable insights. Applicants will be highly numerate with impeccable attention to detail and must be able communicate complexity in an effective way, to all levels within the business. Candidates with specific CRM analysis experience, especially using Tableau or Alteryx, would be desirable.
