Our client is seeking an analyst to join their credit card team to review applications, provide customer support and additional operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Reviewing and undertaking credit card applications.
Assisting customers with the online tools, mobile apps, and other digital services as may be available.
Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and online messages from customer who have questions or concerns.
Investigating and resolving disputes, and ensuring that customers receive appropriate credits or refunds when necessary.
