Our client a long standing and award winning banking and fiduciary group, is seeking to recruit a Contract Trust Administrator for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

Manage clients’ affairs efficiently on a daily basis, in accordance with terms of appointment.
Provide a high level of service to new, existing and potential clients.
Manage a portfolio of clients autonomously, seeking advice and direction from colleagues as appropriate.
Liaise with customers and professional intermediaries, regarding their managed entity and investments.
Develop client and intermediary relationships, to ensure that first class service is given.
Maintain client records both legal, statutory and accounting.
Complete all trust control functions within the agreed time frames, including periodic review, accounts and the updating of registers.
Guarantee that relevant group procedures are being adhered to and where appropriate, put forward suggestions for additional procedures, or amendments to the existing procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a good academic background, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the fiduciary sector, with good technical and product knowledge / experience of administering offshore structures. Preference will be given to candidates who hold, or who are in the process of obtaining a STEP, or ICSA qualification, although candidates who are qualified by considerable experience, will also be considered. The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively. This role will suit a proactive, accurate and flexible individual, who displays good interpersonal skills in order to successfully build good relationships.
