Our client, a full service community bank and a provider of specialised international financial services, requires a Contract Marketing Administrator for a period of 4 months.

Responsibilities

Work with the Head of European Marketing Communications, Managing Directors, Group Trust EVP, business line heads and Assistant Manager, Marketing to execute the annual marketing plan.
Assist in implementing marketing plans to support the growth of the client base and increase internal/external knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
Assist with maintaining the content of corporate websites (Guernsey, Switzerland and The Bahamas) with assistance from the web resource in Bermuda, intranet site, and work with Group marketing on all joint activity.
Conduct research on market and competitor trends and their implications for the business and feed this to the marketing team.
Assist with marketing campaigns/initiatives and collate feedback for ROI evaluation.
Assist the marketing team in designing and delivering unique, high end client events.
Keep an up to date stock list of marketing materials and ensure there is always ample stock.
Liaise with all third party providers including design, print and PR agencies to ensure they have all the information they need and assist the marketing team in ensuring projects are run on time.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure news releases and bulletins are factually correct and passed through the appropriate channels before being released.
Keep front office generic presentations up to date and presented in a professional manner within brand guidelines.
Provide direct marketing assistance to The Bahamas office in accordance with the SLA, as well as assisting the Swiss office and Mortgage Company in London as may be required.
Assist the marketing team in other marketing and business development activity as required from time to time.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to minimum A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Math. Candidates will possess prior experience in a similar role. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in Banking, Fiduciary, Investment, Custody and Related Financial Services, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
