Our client, a private bank, requires a Contract HR Administrator for the remainder of the year to assist with a vast amount of administration.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Prepare and issue employment contracts and associated paperwork as necessary.
Maintain HR related records and employee files.
Update the HR Database.
Administer all changes to personnel files as advised by employees, in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Assist with the joiner and leaver process in conjunction with HR Payroll & Benefits Officer.
Collate regular management information.
Provide support to the monthly payroll administration process.
Administer the annual compensation review.
Ensure adherence to all Group policies and procedures.
Advise staff and managers, escalating difficult situations through HR management when necessary.
Provide assistance with ad hoc HR projects.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a HR environment, and will be confident in working with all levels of employees and management. It is essential for candidates to be able to work proactively, quickly and efficiently whilst approaching tasks with initiative and self-motivation, applying impeccable time management abilities. This role will suit an organised, diligent and innovative team player who displays excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proven record of accomplishment when planning tasks whilst addressing ongoing projects.
