Contract File Review Officer

Our client, a large private bank, requires a Contract Client File Review Specialist for their Client Services Team for a period of 7 months.




Oversee and manage the inputting of static data, re account opening, and updating of client records/accounts.
Ensure the correct certified documentation has been provided and all account mandates and checklists are completed accurately by CRO’s.
Assist the CROs in the preparation of all the required documentation needed for review by the ‘New Business Committee’.
Apply appropriate scrutiny to all Client transactions (particularly Payments In and Out) in order to verify rationale against the purpose of the underlying Account.
Maintain an awareness of all related regulatory requirements including the need to forestall the laundering of money or the financing of terrorism.
Manage and complete specified project work within specified timescales, as detailed by Senior Management.
Review and authorise all customer transactions routed through the Client Services Team.
Assist with the development of systems and processes utilised in all aspects of the Bank’s operations
Undertake any ad hoc duties as required including providing assistance to other areas of the Bank.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant role that has dealt with payments, CRO and Relationship Managers. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Globus but this is not essential as training will be provided. Applicants will have solid IT knowledge and solid communication and organisational skills. This role will suit a motivated and proactive team player with solid interpersonal skills.
