A customer focused individual with an excellent telephone manner and the willingness to learn new systems quickly is required for this initial 3 month contract.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Liaising with customers to schedule jobs.
Checking customer contracts and payments.
Updating and maintaining the logging systems.
Monitoring the mailbox and answering queries from colleagues and customers.
Process purchase orders and invoices.
Taking calls from colleagues and scheduling work.
Assisting with reconciling completed jobs against the spreadsheet and noting any further action.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer services and will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. To possess strong IT abilities across Microsoft packages and database systems is essential. This role will suit an organised and thorough administrator who consistently produces high quality work and promotes a continuous improvement culture.
