Our commercial client is looking for 6-8 individuals to join their Customer Services Department and assist them with a busy period of work.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Ensuring efficient and effective responses are provided to all incoming customer related queries for all the Company’s websites, providing customers with assistance on a wide range of matters relating to their orders.
Working one day either Saturday or Sunday.
Investigating customer queries and attempting to resolve any issues appropriately in an efficient and effective manner.
Dealing with all customer product returns ensuring they are actioned appropriately in accordance with Company policy.
Investigating and dealing with customer orders where a high-risk score has potentially identified fraudulent activity including the administration of chargebacks from payment service providers.
Dealing with customer enquiries generated from the Company’s eBay business.
Recording all actions agreed with customers and where necessary forwards these on to colleagues and managers as appropriate.
Assisting the Customer Services Manager or their nominated deputy with any additional administrative duties as directed and required.

Skills / Qualifications

Proven ability in working within a customer service orientated environment with a natural flair for dealing with complex customer issues and building strong working relationships with colleagues, along with excellent numerical and analytical skills, effective communication skills and the ability to work methodically and well under pressure are essential to the role.
