Our client, a full service community bank and a provider of specialised international financial services, requires a Contract Banking Support Administrator for a period of 3 months.

Responsibilities

Sort, prioritise and delegate incoming department correspondence on a daily basis in the Supervisor’s absence.
Oversee and ensure that the filing is kept in an orderly manner.
Prepare audits and interest certificates.
Approve data input into T24.
Suggest and implement changes to procedures and update the relevant manual accordingly.
Act as a ‘B’ Signatory.
Fully support the Relationship Manager and Relationship Officer functions so as to provide an excellent and first class service to the Bank’s clients.
Input, check and authorise the preparation of new Customers, Accounts and portfolios and Static Data.
Set up Online Users.
Set up securities.
Provide administrative support to assist with the following functions, including reconciliations/audit requests/tax certificates.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to minimum A Level, with good English and Math. Candidates will possess 5 years’ general banking experience. Candidates will demonstrate a range of experience and knowledge in PDF Docs and T24, in addition to solid IT abilities, strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
