Our client, one of the largest global private markets investment managers, is seeking to recruit a Administrative Assistant in Investment Operations for a period of 6 months.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Assisting members of the Investment Subscriptions team with printing investment related documentation
Scanning and saving documentation and key correspondence (i.e. emails approving use of e-signature, legal sign-offs, etc)
Assisting on the collection of wet ink signatures
Completing checklists
Arranging post packages and couriers
Undertaking ad hoc tasks when necessary under the direction of members of Subscription Services team
Assist and coordinating filing of documents

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to an A Level standard or equivalent with good English and Maths. The candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at once, lending a helping hand where required. This role will suit a confident, capable and mature candidate with previous experience in an Office Administration role with filing and scanning and who approaches tasks with initiative and logic and is happy to get stuck in.
