Our client, a thriving company in the insurance sector is seeking to recruit a Company Secretary Assistant Manager.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Provide company secretarial support to collateralised commercial reinsurance entities including limited liability companies, ICCs and PCCs.
Maintain statutory records.
Issue share certificates on receipt of collateral and updating the share register.
Complete company secretarial documentation in relation to the payment of distributions from share premium and dividends.
Assist with ad hoc projects as requested.
Transcribe minutes for Board and Committee meetings.
Research and investigate matters to determine the correct approach to documenting.
Assist with the set-up of security arrangements including Letters of Credit and Reinsurance Trust Accounts.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with good English and Maths. Candidates will possess minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with formal minute taking experience and a good understanding of Guernsey Company Law and Company Secretarial Issues. The candidate will possess solid IT abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organisation and time management. This role will suit a proactive, motivated and meticulous team player with solid interpersonal skills.
