Our client is seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Keeping minute books.
Maintaining corporate statutory records.
Issuing EGM & AGM notices, proxy collation and recordings.
Preparing and filing necessary returns with the Guernsey Registry.
Arranging for certified registers, M&A and certificates of incorporation, when required.
Coordinating the collation and issue of papers for board meetings.
Taking accurate minutes and transcribing to final format.
Understanding and complying with appropriate jurisdictional statutory regulations and requirements.
Carrying out all duties in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE standard with a minimum grade C in Maths and English and have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience providing company secretarial and governance support in the investment funds and/or fiduciary industry. Applicants who are fully or part ICSA qualified will be preferred. A proven track record in dealing with clients and the board of directors, as well as demonstrating a high standards of service is essential for the role. The successful candidate will have a passion for the role and for building successful internal/client relationships and will focus on continuous improvement and development. They will have strong PC literacy skills and be able to work as part of a team. They will have solid communication skills and the ability to work accurately. The role will suit a well organised individual, with high attention to detail and who is able to take initiative and act without waiting for direction.
