Our client, a provider of institutional and private wealth services with over 30 years of global experience, is seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Undertake a variety of company secretarial administrative duties and activities for a portfolio of clients.
Assist with the planning and arranging of client board meetings.
Record action points in meetings.
Draft simple minutes.
Update schedules and maintain administrative and statutory records.
Address risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have commenced on a career in Fund administration and will be looking to build their skills and knowledge further, transferring into a company secretarial role. To have started studying towards ICSA or STEP would be preferable however candidates who are eager to undertake study for a professional qualification will be considered. Applicants will possess excellent IT knowledge and will demonstrate solid organisation, communication and time management abilities, thriving in a busy working environment. This role will suit a mature, confident and proactive team player who approaches tasks in a conscientious and helpful manner.
